Meet the Wesley Heights Staff

Ashlee Hall, Physical Therapist at Architech Sports Wesley Heights

Ashlee Hall

Ashlee joins ASPT after graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University and receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. A Charlotte native, Ashlee’s passion for athletics started early. She played soccer throughout high school, winning the State Championship in 2011 with Cuthbertson High School, and competed with the Charlotte Soccer Academy. This experience ignited her dedication to helping athletes of all ages recover and return to the sports they love. Ashlee is excited to bring her skills and enthusiasm to the Charlotte community.

When she’s not in the clinic, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Ghost and Campbell. She loves DIY projects, exploring the outdoors, cheering on Charlotte sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.

Sam Vaccaro, Physical Therapist at Architech Sports & Physical Therapy, smiles in a clinic setting where she helps athletes and active adults recover from injury and return to peak performance.

Sam Vaccaro

Sam joins the Architech family after earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to that, the Charlotte native graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Sam’s early involvement in volleyball throughout high school sparked her initial interest in movement and the human body.”

Sam’s personal journey recovering from a running injury solidified her passion for physical therapy and the rehabilitation process. She is dedicated to understanding the unique biomechanical demands of each individual’s activities, allowing her to create tailored treatment plans focused on a strong and resilient return. Recognizing the significant mental aspect of recovery, informed by her psychology background, Sam strives to empower her patients both physically and mentally. Outside of the clinic, Sam enjoys weightlifting, participating in local run clubs, discovering new sweet treats around Charlotte, and exploring her neighborhood with her dog, Winston.
