Tre Allison is a Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Lynchburg. He received his Bachelor's degree from Catawba College where he played collegiate baseball.

As a former athlete himself, Tre's true passion lies with all sports. He prefers to focus on optimizing movement patterns and has a special interest in overhead athletes. In addition, he enjoys working with everyone -- from crossfitters and powerlifters, to dancers and gymnasts -- to maximize overall performance while competing pain-free. Tre is dedicated to using evidence based practice to treat each individual. Approaching patient care from a whole body wellness viewpoint, not just focusing on the impairment, ensures peak sports performance. This also includes educating those under his care in the importance of macros, calculating sufficient caloric intake and overall nutritional balance.

His passion is to be the guide to helping every patient best learn how to leverage his/her body's capabilities and compete at the highest level, no matter how simple or lofty the goals may be.
