Chris joined the Architech Sports family in 2018 after graduating with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of South Carolina-Upstate and an Associate's of Science Degree from Spartanburg Methodist College. Chris holds USAW-LI and dry needling certifications. He has also served on the board for program development of an Anatomy/Physiology course with College Board and is a current member of the American Society of Shoulder & Elbow Therapists (ASSET).

While completing his undergraduate coursework at SMC and USC Upstate, Chris competed as a left-handed pitcher for their baseball programs. In high school, he played at Mauldin which is located just outside of his hometown in Greenville, SC.

Chris's passion for physical therapy and sports performance began after an elbow UCL sprain in HS that required extensive rehab. Also, while in college he spent time rehabbing a shoulder injury. These experiences led Chris down a path to focus on achieving a better understanding of the body and how it moves. In his spare time Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, bass fishing, exercising, and visiting family in Greenville, SC. He is an avid sports fan of the Clemson Tigers and local area high school/college baseball.

Megan is a Charlotte native who grew up playing soccer for the North Carolina Olympic Development Program, ECNL for Charlotte Soccer Academy, and was a four-year varsity starter for Providence High School earning all-conference and all region honors. Throughout her time playing sports Megan experienced firsthand how injuries can affect an athlete on and off the field. This sparked a fascination surrounding the science of rehabilitation and passion for helping athletes of all ages return to doing what they love.

After hanging up her cleats, Megan studied kinesiology and earned her Bachelors of Science from the University of Tennessee (go Vols) before heading to Lexington to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky (go Cats).

In her free time, Megan loves participating in workout classes, going to concerts, baking, and spending time with her friends, family and cat Stella. She is very excited to be home and give back to the Charlotte community.

Chris joined the Architech family in 2023 after graduating with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before that, he earned his bachelor's of arts in Exercise and Sport Science at UNC as well with minors in biology and chemistry. Chris worked for a physical therapy home exercise programming app during 2 gap years filming a 6000+ exercise video library which is how he got introduced to the world of physical therapy. Chris also worked for 5 years as a certified INSANITY Live group fitness instructor and an NASM certified personal trainer.

Chris grew up and spent most of his life in the Chapel Hill area and after moving to the Charlotte area one year ago, he is more than happy to serve the Charlotte community and make his new home a better place. Throughout Chris' journey through the world of personal training and fitness instructing, he fell in love with weight lifting and now competes on the side in the OCB (Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders) as a natural athlete. Outside the clinic, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and family as well as weight lifting, eating, and playing Pokemon Go.
