ADAM BENNETT

Adam Bennett is a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for optimizing human performance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and two Master’s degrees from Liberty University, one in Clinical Human Performance and the other in Exercise Science.

Drawing on his own experiences as an athlete, Adam focuses on building a strong foundation of movement, mobility, and stability for each individual. He believes in a holistic approach to sports performance, combining strength training with efficient full-body movement techniques to maximize athletic potential. Adam is committed to educating athletes on the importance of balanced nutrition, proper macronutrient and micronutrient intake, and effective recovery strategies. His goal is to empower athletes to take control of their health and performance, both on and off the field.
