Meet the Team at Architech Sports in Indian Land

KAT SHULER

Kat’s journey to becoming a physical therapist was inspired by her own experiences as an athlete. Growing up in Michigan, she participated in cross country, basketball, and track, enduring her share of sports-related injuries along the way. These experiences sparked a passion for rehabilitation, leading her to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wingate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Central Michigan University.

Kat understands the importance of both physical and mental recovery in returning to sport. She brings a compassionate and encouraging approach to her work with patients. Outside of the clinic, Kat enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, exploring Charlotte’s breweries, and staying active through kayaking and weightlifting.

Caroline Williams

My name is Caroline Williams, and I am originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia. I obtained my doctorate of physical therapy at Emory University in 2021. I began my career as a traveling physical therapist, where I spent one year treating patients across 5 different states.

Following my time as a traveling PT, I had the opportunity to spend three years working in the NFL. During that time, I was part of the medical and performance staffs for the Jacksonville Jaguars and most recently the New England Patriots. Working with elite athletes allowed me to further develop my skills in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization at the highest level of professional sports.

One of the highlights of my career was having the privilege of working my final NFL game at the Super Bowl. Being part of such a prestigious event was an unforgettable experience and a testament to the incredible opportunities physical therapy has provided throughout my career.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through workout classes and running. I love true crime podcasts and anything Real Housewives.

These people are unsung heroes."
