Posture & Repositioning for Rotational Power
A Ground-Up Approach to Velocity
This workshop helps baseball athletes improve throwing velocity by building the true foundation of rotational power: posture, positioning, and efficient movement.
Instead of chasing velocity through volume alone, athletes will learn how better breathing, ribcage alignment, pelvic positioning, and hip rotation create stronger, more efficient energy transfer from the ground up.
During this hands-on session, athletes will learn:
- How breathing mechanics influence core stability and rotation
- Pelvic positioning strategies to improve hip rotation
- Postural strength drills that support rotational power
- Mobility and fascial stretching techniques to restore movement
- Ground-up sequencing to transfer force more efficiently into the throw
Athletes will leave with practical drills and strategies they can apply immediately in warm-ups, strength training, and throwing programs to improve velocity, control, and arm durability.
