Candace earned her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from Bridgewater State University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Charleston Southern University, where she also played softball. Her experience working with athletes at the high school and collegiate levels has instilled in her a deep understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation. Abby Greaney

Abby earned both her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Abby joined the Architech Sports and Physical Therapy team in August 2022 and enjoys combining her expertise in sports performance and rehabilitation to help the Charlotte community stay active and healthy.

A Cornelius, NC native, Abby spent more than a decade as a competitive gymnast before transitioning to varsity cheerleading at UNC, where she had the chance to cheer the Tar Heels to a national basketball championship in 2017. Her background as an athlete drives her passion for helping others recover, perform, and reach their goals—whether that’s returning to sport or simply moving without pain.

Ally Barclay, Doctor of Physical Therapy at Architech Sports & Physical Therapy, providing personalized rehabilitation care

Ally Barclay

Ally earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Wingate University after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science at James Madison University. She joined the Architech Sports and Physical Therapy team with a passion for helping people move and feel their best.

Growing up, Ally was a dedicated equestrian who spent countless hours training and competing. Over time, she discovered her greatest fulfillment came not from competing herself, but from training and preparing horses for success. That same mindset—of developing strength, balance, and performance—now shapes her approach to physical therapy as she helps her patients reach their goals.

JuliaReardon

Julia Reardon

Julia is a local to the Charlotte area, having grown up in Waxhaw, North Carolina. A former competitive equestrian for ten years, she continued her passion for horses at Western Carolina University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Health Sciences and subsequently her Master of Science in Athletic Training. During her graduate studies, Julia gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of athletes, from high school to the professional level, through clinical rotations at Franklin High School, UNC-Asheville Baseball, Tulane University Football, and Architech Sports and Physical Therapy.

Julia’s passion for athletic training ignited during her freshman year of high school in her first sports medicine class. Having experienced her own share of shoulder and ankle injuries throughout her athletic career, she developed a deep understanding of the challenges athletes face and a strong desire to support them through their journey. Julia is thrilled to return to the ASPT family, having previously been a patient and intern, and looks forward to providing comprehensive support and guidance to athletes throughout their careers. Outside of the clinic, Julia enjoys spending time at the barn, hiking with her boxer Gio, and cherished moments with her family.

Keaton Arbury

Keaton joins the Architech Sports and Physical Therapy team after earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He previously completed his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Appalachian State University. His passion for movement and recovery began in high school while working as a Student Athletic Trainer, where he supported the rehab of injured student-athletes. That early experience sparked a lifelong interest in the resilience of the human body and the impact of rehabilitation in restoring and enhancing performance.

Keaton’s athletic background includes years of competitive swimming and training in Mixed Martial Arts, with a focus on Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. These experiences have shaped his understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport. He takes pride in analyzing the unique mechanics of each activity to design therapy programs tailored to individual goals and movement needs. Outside the clinic, Keaton enjoys weightlifting, running, and spending time with friends and family.

Kyrle Preis, Physical Therapist at Architech Sports & Physical Therapy, helps athletes recover from injury, improve performance, and return to sport stronger than before.

Kyrle Preis

Kyrle Preis joins Architech Sports and Physical Therapy after earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Tufts University in Boston. Originally from Baltimore, Kyrle’s love for sports began early and continued through college, where he played lacrosse and served as team captain his senior year—helping lead his team to their first conference championship in nearly a decade.

Kyrle discovered his passion for physical therapy while conducting research on prosthetics and orthoses during undergrad. That experience opened his eyes to the impact physical therapists can have across a wide range of injuries and conditions. Though he has enjoyed working in various areas of PT—including neuro, wound care, and acute care—his greatest passion lies in empowering athletes to return to sport stronger than before. Outside the clinic, Kyrle enjoys weightlifting, running, hiking, and is excited to begin his next chapter in Charlotte with the Architech team.
