Most recently, he served as Rehabilitation Team Lead at Tampa Bay Spine and Sport, where he specialized in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Eric brings a strong understanding of how to guide patients through recovery while keeping long-term movement quality and performance at the center of care.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is passionate about helping patients regain strength, function, and confidence through individualized, movement-based care that meets them where they are and supports their goals beyond rehab. Cassidy Aiello

Cassidy joined Architech Sports and Physical Therapy with clinical experience dating back to 2021 after earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University School of Medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned degrees in Exercise and Sport Science, Neuroscience, and Medical Spanish. While at Duke, Cassidy worked with the Carolina Hurricanes of the National Hockey League for two seasons, gaining experience in professional sports rehabilitation. Her background includes working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes across a variety of sports, as well as supporting active individuals at every stage of life.

Originally from the Charlotte area, Cassidy played field hockey and continued her athletic career on the club team at Carolina, spending time in the training room and deepening her passion for sports rehabilitation. As a physical therapist, she focuses on understanding the person behind the injury, not just the body part, and values building strong relationships with her patients. Outside the clinic, Cassidy stays active and enjoys spending time with her family, her two dogs, trips to the mountains and beaches, and supporting her husband in his role as an Athletic Trainer for Hendrick Motorsports.
