INDIAN TRAIL
Architech Sports & Physical Therapy in Indian Trail helps athletes and active adults recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to training and daily activity stronger than before.
Our team blends physical therapy, sports medicine, and performance training into one integrated approach. Whether you’re coming off an injury, preparing for your season, or simply want to move and train with confidence, our Indian Trail clinic is built to support long-term health and performance.
More Than Physical Therapy
Traditional physical therapy often focuses only on getting you out of pain. At Architech Sports, we go further.
Our Indian Trail cinic bridges the gap between rehabilitation and performance. We don’t just help you feel better. We help you move better, train smarter, and reduce your risk of future injury.
Every plan starts with a thorough evaluation and continues through progressive strength, mobility, and movement training based on your goals.

Meet the Team at Architech Sports in Indian Trail
CANDACE MYERS
Candace Myers, a certified athletic trainer, joined Architech Sports in 2014, bringing with her a wealth of experience in sports medicine. Prior to joining the team, she spent three years as the athletic trainer at Parkwood High School, where she managed all aspects of athlete care, from practice and game coverage to rehabilitation programs.
Candace earned her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from Bridgewater State University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Charleston Southern University, where she also played softball. Her experience working with athletes at the high school and collegiate levels has instilled in her a deep understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation. When she’s not in the clinic, Candace enjoys spending time with her daughter and pursuing her fitness goals.
ABBY GREANEY
Abby earned both her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Abby joined the Architech Sports and Physical Therapy team in August 2022 and enjoys combining her expertise in sports performance and rehabilitation to help the Charlotte community stay active and healthy.
A Cornelius, NC native, Abby spent more than a decade as a competitive gymnast before transitioning to varsity cheerleading at UNC, where she had the chance to cheer the Tar Heels to a national basketball championship in 2017. Her background as an athlete drives her passion for helping others recover, perform, and reach their goals—whether that’s returning to sport or simply moving without pain.
ALLY BARCLAY
Ally earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Wingate University after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science at James Madison University. She joined the Architech Sports and Physical Therapy team with a passion for helping people move and feel their best.
Growing up, Ally was a dedicated equestrian who spent countless hours training and competing. Over time, she discovered her greatest fulfillment came not from competing herself, but from training and preparing horses for success. That same mindset—of developing strength, balance, and performance—now shapes her approach to physical therapy as she helps her patients reach their goals.
JULIA REARDON
Julia is a local to the Charlotte area, having grown up in Waxhaw, North Carolina. A former competitive equestrian for ten years, she continued her passion for horses at Western Carolina University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Health Sciences and subsequently her Master of Science in Athletic Training. During her graduate studies, Julia gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of athletes, from high school to the professional level, through clinical rotations at Franklin High School, UNC-Asheville Baseball, Tulane University Football, and Architech Sports and Physical Therapy.
Julia’s passion for athletic training ignited during her freshman year of high school in her first sports medicine class. Having experienced her own share of shoulder and ankle injuries throughout her athletic career, she developed a deep understanding of the challenges athletes face and a strong desire to support them through their journey. Julia is thrilled to return to the ASPT family, having previously been a patient and intern, and looks forward to providing comprehensive support and guidance to athletes throughout their careers. Outside of the clinic, Julia enjoys spending time at the barn, hiking with her boxer Gio, and cherished moments with her family.
KEATON ARBURY
Keaton joins the Architech Sports and Physical Therapy team after earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He previously completed his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Appalachian State University. His passion for movement and recovery began in high school while working as a Student Athletic Trainer, where he supported the rehab of injured student-athletes. That early experience sparked a lifelong interest in the resilience of the human body and the impact of rehabilitation in restoring and enhancing performance.
Keaton’s athletic background includes years of competitive swimming and training in Mixed Martial Arts, with a focus on Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. These experiences have shaped his understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport. He takes pride in analyzing the unique mechanics of each activity to design therapy programs tailored to individual goals and movement needs. Outside the clinic, Keaton enjoys weightlifting, running, and spending time with friends and family.
KYRLE PREIS
Kyrle Preis joins Architech Sports and Physical Therapy after earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Tufts University in Boston. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in International Languages and Cultures: Spanish from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Originally from Baltimore, Kyrle’s love for sports began early and continued through college, where he played lacrosse and served as team captain his senior year—helping lead his team to their first conference championship in nearly a decade.
Kyrle discovered his passion for physical therapy while conducting research on prosthetics and orthoses during undergrad. That experience opened his eyes to the impact physical therapists can have across a wide range of injuries and conditions. Though he has enjoyed working in various areas of PT—including neuro, wound care, and acute care—his greatest passion lies in empowering athletes to return to sport stronger than before. Outside the clinic, Kyrle enjoys weightlifting, running, hiking, and is excited to begin his next chapter in Charlotte with the Architech team.
