The Running Lab

Every step you take is a combination of power, control, and timing. Inside our performance lab, we use objective data to break down how you produce force, how efficiently you move, and where imbalances may be limiting you. From there, you’ll get clear, actionable guidance to improve those areas so you can run faster, go further, and stay healthier.

Our Team

The Architech Run Lab team is made up of licensed Physical Therapists who specialize in sports performance and movement science, and who are runners themselves. From recreational miles to competitive racing to collegiate backgrounds, our therapists bring real, lived experience into every assessment. They're not just reading a protocol — they know this sport, and they know what it takes to move well and stay in it.

Most runners train hard.
Few runners train smart.

The Running Blueprint is Architech Lab's definitive video series on the science of running — built for athletes at every level who want to understand not just how to run, but why their body responds the way it does. Each episode breaks down a foundational pillar of running performance through the lens of biomechanics, sports science, and clinical movement research.

No filler. No fitness influencer fluff. Just evidence-based insight, delivered with precision. In this series:

Built on science. Engineered for movement.
