Ryan Verner

Sydney joined Architech Sports & Physical Therapy after earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from High Point University. Before studying at HPU, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at East Carolina University, where she gained hands-on experience working with a variety of athletes and managing their rehabilitation both on and off the field.

A former competitive high school soccer player who overcame three ACL tears, Sydney’s personal journey as an athlete gives her a unique perspective and deep empathy for those recovering from injury. She has continued her own athletic pursuits by competing in marathons, half marathons, triathlons, and even a half Ironman — experiences that fuel her passion for helping others move better, rebuild confidence, and return stronger than before.
