Devon Simmons

Devon is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Performance Coach at Architech Sports and Physical Therapy, where he’s been on the team since 2018. He holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from Chico State and brings more than 15 years of coaching experience, with certifications in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Athletic Performance Therapy. After undergoing a total hip replacement at age 32, Devon became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to better support others in their recovery journeys. He’s worked with a wide range of clients—from everyday individuals to NFL athletes—blending high-level performance coaching with functional rehab. His goal is always the same: help people move better, feel stronger, and return to what they love. Outside of work, Devon enjoys hiking, lifting, and traveling with his wife and dog—and lives by the motto of getting 1% better every day.
